The broken parts changed with original spare parts during rebuild process and they make calibration according to their original values.

Rebuilt Process :

- All injectors are completely disassembled, inspected and resurfaced.

- All surfaces are machined.

- All O'rings and seals are replaced.

- Nozzle, nozzle springs and spring seats are tested and replaced if necessary.

- Spring cage resurfaced.

- Solenoid is tested and replaced if necessary.

- Plunger is tested and replaced if necessary.

- Actuator is tested and replaced if necessary.

- Then the injector is assembled and calibrated through a flow test.
